Brady is a Bay Area native with over 21 years of experience in residential real estate sales in the Bay Area. He has a degree in Marketing and began his career working at several prominent real estate firms.

In 2007, Brady formed Hobby Associates to further his vision of providing exceptional service and personal attention in an independent brokerage atmosphere. Brady prides himself on being a tough negotiator, staying on top of trends in the industry, and providing his clients with the latest technological and communication innovations for a smooth and efficient transaction. Brady has owned his fair share of personal and investment properties and has a proven track-record of closed transactions. In his spare time, Brady enjoys skiing, trail running, and coaching soccer and softball. He and Erica currently reside in Danville with their three daughters, Reese, Lucy, and Jane.

Erica was raised in the East Bay and received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. She married Brady, her high school sweetheart, soon after college, and joined him as his partner with Hobby Associates in 2007.

Erica’s eye for design and meticulous attention to detail provides her clients with leverage to get top dollar for their homes. A people’s person with a love of networking, Erica has formed a list of reputable, dependable, licensed contractors to prepare listings for sale and help new owners with home improvements. She enjoys previewing homes and matching buyers with the perfect neighborhood. While out showing properties, she has a keen sense for evaluating the pros and cons of each potential match and sharing that information with her clients.

Connecting with people is Erica’s passion. She enjoys serving in leadership capacities in her church, assisting with fundraisers for the local schools, sponsoring neighborhood gatherings, and getting involved anywhere and everywhere people need a dedicated, friendly, outgoing personality.

Sonya Lake grew up in Northern California’s wine country and was raised by two successful real estate brokers who always put their clients first. She always knew wanted to emulate this for her own clients someday. She soon developed a true passion for real estate.  After a career in hospitality sales, Sonya decided to switch gears and follow her passion of a real estate career in Danville and the Diablo Valley.

Sonya recently relocated from the Peninsula with her family to the Westside of Danville and fell in love with the area for her family. She wants to share the Danville experience with her local clients as well as those wanting to move to the area.  The combination of the beautiful scenery, top-rated schools and wonderful community, she truly feels the Danville/Alamo/Diablo area is the perfect place to raise a family.

Sonya is genuinely interested in her client’s goals and wishes as well as making them feel heard.  Her outgoing and friendly personality makes the process fun too. Stacey is third generation to the Bay Area as well as in Real Estate.  She obtained her Real Estate license in 2005 and has successfully completed multiple transactions, both before and after moving to the Westside of Danville 8 years ago.  She is very involved in their schools and within the Danville community.

Stacey has teamed up with Sonya Lake at Hobby Associates.  They offer the most comprehensive marketing resources to you, so your Real Estate transaction will be easy and seamless.  Both Westside Danville residents, they give their clients 24/7 focus and attention and are dedicated to finding them the home of their dreams.

Stacey has extensive experience in finding homes with potential that need updating and has done several remodels of her own homes as well as her clients homes. She helps clients visualize all potential and brings a strong sense of interior design.

Amy is a San Francisco Bay Area native who currently lives in Alamo with her husband, Randy, and two teenage boys, Aidan & Christian. They have two gorgeous black labs and a desert tortoise named Yoshi.

Amy thrives in the fast-paced, high-energy environment of listing and selling homes. Her talent shines through in her connection with clients and her love for helping people. Amy is a Senior Real Estate Specialist, a choice she reached from her close relationship with her parents, who currently live on the same property in Alamo. Amy is passionate with regards to the Rotary Club of Alamo and its outreach to local and international communities.

On the weekends, you can find Amy and her family playing bocce in the backyard with friends and neighbors while baking a homemade pizza in their pizza oven and most mornings walking on the Iron Horse Trail with her dogs.
