Meet our new associate Rob Cunningham! He is starting his second week with Hobby Associates and we are thrilled to have him on board!

Rob has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 25 years. He has a background in technology, including HP and Omnicom, most recently as a Territory Sales Manager.

Rob transitioned to residential real estate, following his life long passion for property and land investment. Rob has personally bought and sold six homes in a variety of price points and markets. In addition to being a homeowner, he has also been a landlord and tenant. With this perspective, Rob has a natural ability to identify with the needs of buyers and sellers. His background in sales and marketing makes him a tough negotiator for a solution oriented win/win for his clients. Most importantly Rob values developing and maintaining relationships over time.

Rob and his wife Caroline reside here locally with their two daughters, Morgan and Kendall. He enjoys watching both girls compete in competitive club level soccer. Rob loves traveling with his family to both new and familiar places. In addition, Rob rarely misses attending the Indy 500 with family and friends on an annual basis.
